Uggeshall host of heaven, Arlo. Arlo is a lovley boy, who has been gundog trained. He is very well behaved. Walks to heel on and off the lead. Recalls. Stays close. Doesn’t chase wildlife/game. Sits and stays. Will fetch a tennis ball. Has been on a shoot day and sat up off the lead during the drive and not moved, very steady, just doesn’t want to retrieve game with my other dogs around. Very good with people and children. Good with other dogs. Lives with 10 other dogs male/female entire and neutered lives in a house loose or crated, or in a kennel on his own, or with others. Doesn’t chew, bark or soil, very settled in house or kennel, and clean. He’s a very loyal dog, will sit and stare at you all day long. But he is not a cuddly dog. He wants to be with you, follow you and lay next to you, he loves a fuss but he isn’t a cuddly fussy spaniel. Arlo has been trained to be well socialised and ignore other dogs on a walk, he lives with other dogs and loves being with them but he has been taught to have manners around other dogs. He happy to run with them but also isn’t rude with other dogs. So if he was to go live with another dog they have to well socialised aswell. He’s a trained gundog, but failed in the field as he won’t retrieve game with my pack of dogs. He’s a lovely dog, so looking for a active pet home, or a more relaxed working home with a smaller pack of dogs where he isn’t over dogged. Homes will be vetted for the right home for Arlo.
